Did this the last time around when the S22+ was $750. Bought an S21 refurbished off Amazon for $300 and traded it in for $800 to Best Buy. Walked out with a $38 gift card after tax.

I have an S21 256gb on Verizon Prepaid.
To upgrade, I have to choose Unlocked, Activate later for $800 so my net cost is $256 (including tax on the full $800). At $50-$100 I would have upgraded without blinking, but that price isn't as appealing.

Seems that a new line with AT&T would be just $650 (or likely $95 after taxes + any extra fees).... although then it goes through AT&T's trade-in process and not Best Buy's.

I dont know if anyone else noticed or if it was just my browser. Few days before BF, samsung offered $950 on my note 20 ultra and $350 off on Z fold 4. Combined it with edu discount and Rak u 10 CB of 10%. Made it an amazing deal
