I finally found a store that had 10 of the $3.49 hair masks. I had both offers on my Fetch account. After I scanned the receipt, I only got a measly 514 Fetch points. What gives? I corrected my receipt by scanning the UPCs, but it looks like their computer read it correctly before the correction. Has the double dip been killed? I didn't even get a single dip. I though I got in right before it expires tomorrow and I was going to get a big pay day in Fetch points. I will have to contact Fetch customer service. If I don't get the Fetch points, it's all getting returned. Both offers say it excludes trial sizes and one offer says valid on select SheaMoisture products. Are these hair masks considered a trial size? What a waste of time and effort and gas. I had to go to 5 stores to finally find one that had stock. They must have fixed it. I guess the early bird got the worm. Still worth reaching out to customer service to see what they say before I return it. Hopefully I won't lose money in the return as I used a $5 off $25 flu coupon on the order.

Did you correct your receipt? That's the first thing you should do before contacting them. And you can't be mad because it's the risk you take as a couponer.

Yes, I did correct the receipt. I am not mad, but if I don't get my double dip or at the very least recoup my OOP, then it is all going back. I am awaiting Fetch to respond to my support ticket.

3 times correction? Do not scan the bar code. Just look it up under shea moisture hair care.

What do you mean by "three times correction"? The computer read the right product to begin with, but since I didn't get the points bonanza, I scanned all 10 barcodes. It made no difference. I corrected only one time.

I just got my reply back from Fetch. They claim the hair mask I bought was a trial or travel size and that is why I didn't get extra points for the two special offers. So back those 10 hair masks go. Congrats to all those got in before the classification error was fixed on their end. Now I am just hoping when I do my return that I will get the full BC back that I used. I have heard when returning when you used a coupon sometimes you don't get all your money back even when subtracting the coupon out.

You know I never thought the hair mask was a trial or travel size. It wasn't in their trial or travel size section of the store.

Here is the response I got back from Fetch::

The product you purchased is not eligible for this special offer because it does not meet the requirements outlined in the offer's details.

Offer excludes trial size, travel size and gift packs.

I was trying to explain to you how to get your points without contacting CS. But apparently you don't want to hear it. It's too late anyway. Once you contact them, there's no reversing it as their override does not allow correcting. I did this deal when it first appeared so I got my points. Have fun driving those masks back to the store though. Maybe you'll get a full refund, maybe you won't. But you killed any chance that others had to still obtain the points.

I got this on a dead account. It also has really good BCC offers.
I'd seen it weeks ago in the account dashboard, the points expire March 5 (which means they were given Dec. 5), so I thought this may be ANOTHER 60k but it's just a very late notification.

I don't have an address associated with this account, wondering if it's risky to do online orders even if I use 100% BC b/c the delivery address will be the same as my main card
and one may get flagged/closed?
I thought maybe better to spend down main card first and mothball IT before I start to play with my windfall.

This shouldn't be an issue, especially now that orders paid with all BC don't seem to go on hold anymore.
