Anyone know if this works the insider discount? I have magenta Max with 8 lines. This will push me into 9 lines and I already have two free so it should make my plan cheaper as the free line discount changes at 9 lines.

I have magenta max and insider discount and it worked for me. Not the lowest, but I pay 136 for 8 lines. 3 paid and 5 free.

Are you a racist? what do you care what country the CS is from? There aren't bad CS people in the US?
Sorry, this migjt not be about being racist. The tmobile foreign customer service is horrible. They are not trained well, they do not have full authority and they sometimes don't understand the issue. So, when I hear the accent, I know that this will take forever and don't rely on them.

As per Redditors, this is normal when going from 8 to 9 lines. This triggers a plan change which takes time for their system to update. I also confirmed with T-Force and they see the missing promos from their end.

He was already in the 9-12 lines bucket, this free line would make it 10 for him. I, though, still see all my free lines on my Magenta account including the Insider discount.

T-Mobile One with kickback and 20% discount having 2 paid lines, 2 1/2 paid, 2 free lines, contacted T-Force and was notified I am eligible for the free line and was either add line on-line or order through them with $35 fees, decided to order online using eSIMs which shows $20/month no $35 Activation fees. Once activated, received a text about promotion has been applied. Went online and see the Service Promotion for the line has been added "2022 BYOD Line P1". So now I have 3 free lines. Have 1 more to be added. Thanks OP.

Got same answer... "As per checking here, the promotion 2022 BYOD Line P1 is not yet available on our end. But we will keep you posted online once we have official update. We appreciate your time and understanding."

Called and was told no... on Magenta max with 2 paid lines and 2 free lines..... Then started a chat in phone app and explained that i got an overseas agent who seemed confused... They stated that i had in fact been selected and started the process, they asked if i had a spare sim card and i did (apparently both my new cards were deactivated for some reason) .... so they were willing to activate them instantly... but alas they are 2day shipping a sim.... SUCCESS!!!

55+ magenta max update:
Phone rep wasn't aware of promo and didn't check anything.

In-app chat rep (introduced themselves as a supervisor) was familiar with the promo. They referenced it as the free line promo that was released today.

After checking my account:
Quote :
Thank you so much for patiently waiting!! We are glad to know that you are interested in getting this promo!

As per carefully checking here I can see that your account is not on the list of qualified for the promotion, as the promo is only being offered to a specific group of customers. Yet no worries as we will still have more promos to come in the future. I suggest to just stay tuned or I can also check our latest offers that you are eligible that you might like. Please let me know how would you like us to proceed?
I'll try calling again in a couple days, during the day, since the Wiki said it might still get added to some accounts later.
