Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

When I tried through chat, this is the response I received "Thank you so much! As per checking here, your are eligible for the 2022 holiday unwrap offers! Though these offers are still unreleased yet, so I'd suggest that you wait for a bit because if we add a new line today... the promotion will not be applied yet. I truly hope you understand"

I just added. After 12 months you can cancel one of the lines, but she said that I can't transfer a number from one of my other lines. So you could cancel and start using the new line as your phone number, but not transfer over a number…according to my service rep chat.
If you want to keep your number, what you can do is transfer the paid line out to something like google voice (costs you I think $20 to port in at google) keep it there for 90 days, then ask t-mobile to swap the number by porting your old number in and replacing the free line number with your old number.

Same. I gave it a shot on 55+ Magenta Max based on some 55+ plan folks saying they called in and it worked. Rep barely looked and said he's unfamiliar with any 2022 line promotions, and that he couldn't check any active promos. I'll try Tmobile app chat.

I just got it with the regular magenta plan. I used T-Mobile chat through the app to get it.

Use T-Mobile iMessage it's much faster !!!
It looks like iMessage doesn't use T-Force according to a quick search, so I'm guessing it'll be similar to using the chat feature in the app (which was quick for me too, but they couldn't help since I need to change from FRLTUL2LP to FRLTULF2)

Maybe try anyway. I'm also on the ONE plan with 2 paid lines and 4 free lines and I was eligible.
My account was eligible and I have 4 paid lines, 6 free lines on the ONE Plus Promo plan before this promo.

Got a free line even though I'm not eligible. Try your luck with T-Mobile iOS app chat:
"checking the account here, it seems that your not eligible on the offer and it's weird why since you've been with Tmobile for almost 20 years now, but no worries. WE will work on this one and request for a one time exemption so that we can still get the offer for the FREE Line. How's that sound?"

"Hope your going to allow us to work on this request for at least 5 to 8days(maximum)

For assurance, I'll be setting a follow up on the account here for me to be able to reach you as soon as I get an update on the promotion so that I can help you process it as well for you to save time. How's that sound?"

On FRLTULF2 and was able to add the extra line via app chat. First rep was asking for source so disconnected and got a nice agent. Hopefully I can get the One plus promo added.

Save your $35 guys, just add new line online by your self then the promos will be applied afterwards.

That doesn't seem like great advice. What's it based on?

Chat is useless. After an extended wait I get:

Thank you for reaching us out about this. We received same questions from our customers today. As of now, there is no announcement yet in our end about that offer as it will be shown in our end right away if it's available. The said offer is not showing on our website as well so what we recommend is to check our website from time to time as our ongoing offers are posted on our website
