No go for 55+. Called.
Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"
No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I seriously want to leave T-Mobile just for these bullshit promos. It should not be this complicated. We shouldn't have to do their employees's jobs. I don't understand why no one knows what plans are eligible.. what accounts are eligible.. etc.

I joined years back and brought my OG pixel. I am on the One plan with One Plus Promo and insider hookup. Every time there is some kind of promo or deal I just sit back and can't take advantage of anything because they never lay out the details. Some people get lucky and find the right reps.. others try and try and can't get anything but BS customer service trying to get you to switch plans.

Is there ANYONE that is on the T-Mobile One Plan (with one plus promo) with a SINGLE line.. that was able to get this free line promo added? If so how because I would really like to try and get it and T-Force and they in app chat are no help. They just give me a generic response and keep trying to push me to the Magenta plans
Then leave! Lol. For every 1 whiner, there are hundreds of us who have no issue getting the promos. Just because you have one of the cheap plans that's not eligible, doesn't mean it's T-Mobile's fault. I'm sitting on 6 free lines in addition to my 2 paid lines, no issues at all. Plus like 5 free phones last year.

If you're going to leave, then leave. Geez.

Is there any way to waive $35 fee?
Pay for it first to lock in deal. Then if u still want to risk it (because u want more savings) ask for it back in a day or too. But i would just pay fir it to guarantee that TMOBILE wont be able to use that against u and take away ur free line for life. All because u wanna save 35 more.

Some people are just greedy only to lose the deal in the long run, without realizing how great of a deal a free line is. Can't help them. Lol.

Can any confirm if they have gotten this free line with SOC USCFM4? I've never been able to get a free line with this plan.

It says ends Dec 19. Is that 12/19 at 11:59PM or beginning of 12/19 (no longer a weekend)?
Thanks.

I read so many amplified plan members were able to get free line. I have 9 lines but not able to get free line this time as well. I don't have any free line so far (on t-mobile since Dec 2017). I was never able to get free line in past. They always said this is for specific customers and unfortunately I am not allowed. Anything specific I should check before calling them? TIA

I'm on the same rate plan... Never seems like this rate plan is eligible for any of these free lines. Last free line I received was from 2017.
Same here....Feel so bad

I chatted in through the android T-mobile app. Currently on Magenta 1.0 with 4 paid lines and 3 free lines.

Chat agent said I qualified for the promotion, processed the order through the chat interaction, and applied a $38 credit to the account to offset the DCC fee and tax.

FYI, I am on the same SOC (T-Mobile ONE 9-12 lines). I was told over Chat, 611, and Twitter that I am NOT eligible. I went ahead and added a new line online anyway, chose BYOD and eSIM activation and used a spare iPhone to activate so it was entirely free. I check my Promotions section on my account 10 minutes later and I see "2022 BYOD Line P1 Enrolled". Might be worth trying anyway if you have an eSIM device laying around. SIM devices the promo wouldn't get added till the SIM ships.

Thanks. I added my line and BYOD free line shows up.

However, two other promotions of mine fell off. One agent said it fell off because the new free line replaced the previous promotions and they mentioned other agents saying my account wasn't eligible.

Tforce said they still see the dropped off promotions on my account.

I think the Plan Details page will continue to update and possibly fix itself in the end.

I do exactly this. My main number has Kickback associated with it. It is my eSim and I have that Sim set for phone calls and text messages. My free line is a physical Sim and it is set for Data. I never have to worry about going over the 2 GB limit for Kickback on my main line then since data will only use my free line. My wife's phone is set up that same way.

Everytime I see Kickback mentioned it takes me back to the old TMO days of having and using A SIDEKICK!

9 lines? Do you use all of them? If you have 9, why do you need 1 more?
