edit:
"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"
Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.
UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.
Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Last month I asked for (and got) $50 on top of the wrong billing amount. They had to break it up in two rounds since the most they could offer was $50 at a time (so $50 to fix the bill, and $50 courtesy credit).
Since T-Force was not really giving me options that suited me, I emailed the CEO yesterday. The Escalation Team called me back last night and I told them what I was looking for (basically re-iterated the email). It seems like a possibility for Magenta Max + Insider Discount. I'll report back tonight (crossing fingers).

I told her that was the first time I've ever heard anyone from Tmo tell me my free lines would be lost and supposedly, she went back to her manager to verify. We went back and forth on it for awhile, but ultimately, the best she could offer was a year of free service on the line that was supposed to be free (17 * 12 = 204).
Maybe the new Go5G plans being offered today will offer something for us old SC users...
Sincerely disappointed.

I don't know anything about win back. Currently for this month- I have 2 paid and one free along with it, the extra 2 free lines turned to paid as i ported other 2 paid lines added in nov 2022 out.

You can tell T-Mobile you mistakenly ported out a number and want to reinstate it and reinstate all your free lines as well. They should be able to revert it back

That's fine about the line added in December. My problem is they dropped the free line from last year around march which is crazy to me
I am not worried as I added 2 byod in costco in November just before wireless associates went belly up.. added free line in December. Rest is history

Now all 6 lines are eligible for IPhone 14 upgrade with $800 promo discount with trade in. iphone 7.is the lowest cheap phone to be traded in.
