It's counter depth, counter depths are little costlier than the other models.
I ordered the fridge couple weeks ago, says the panels were delivered (to the delivery hub, apparently), but the fridge never came with it. When inquiring about the panels, the delivery hub doesn't have it and Samsung says they shipped it.
Whenever Samsung puts you on hold, it times out and your calls will get rerouted with no resolution.
Good luck with Samsung support. It's a hot mess.

So calcul;ate in price of the 2 panels on top of refridgerator cost.
I bought direct from Samsung couple weeks ago. Paid less than what's posted here. Check out the other recent thread. Don't forget to add on the free filter too - info in the other thread. Delivery updates via text and email have been firm. Customer support very responsive so far... especially since recently it's hard to get a live person on the phone or chat for anything.
