Don't get me wrong Mr./Ms. Moon,

I do love some of the branded products, especially Northface. I had 3 of their jackets. As you know they're not cheap. They're awesome.
And the price is very relative, from one person to another.

And yes, I don't think I could afford expensive Polo. Or perhaps, I choose... not to...I will buy something more.... affordable

I sent back a jacket and quarter zip and they repaired zippers on both and cuffs on the jacket and sent back to me. It took 6-8 weeks and I had to pay shipping there but they took care of it.
