I have this from black Friday last year when was $850 on Amazon. In general I love it. 4K high refresh, with oled is amazing, paired with 4090 to run all those frames.

There are a few annoyances that I wish I had known before getting it, but are not deal breakers for me.

1. Flat panel 48 inch is hard to use on a desk. I was coming from a 48 inch curved samsung LCD, which didn't have that effect. It was noticeable when I first started to use the monitor, but I have become used to it and it doesn't bother as much.

2. Auto dimming features of this monitor are annoying. I use it in a 6 monitor setup, with 5x 24 inch 1080 panels all around it. The auto dimming is very noticeable when you have a monitor next to it and can see the change easily. If it were my only monitor I probably wouldn't notice as much.

Those are my biggest gripes. Otherwise in games it is amazing. This differs from a C2 in that it doesn't use the newer Evo panel, so not quite as bright, closer to a C1, and it has DP inputs. And obviously doesn't have TV features as others have pointed out, which is actually a plus for me.
IPS panels are still king until they fix the text fringing and make them useable for work. These OLED monitors are for gamers or movie watchers.

You can get a full array local diming, hdr 1000, 4K, 32" ips monitor from Innocon. For $900.

LG is supposed to be manufacturing their version of FALD, miniled panels this year. These monitors will be more suitable for the work-play consumer.

Looks like this is basically a C2 with different inputs and no smart interface.

Anyways, wish these were good for office use and had a smaller version..Great deal for gamers.

Too big for a desk. Based on recommended viewing distance you want your eyes to be 48"-72" from the screen. So wall mount behind your desk, or have a really big desk

Seems too big for desk usage unless you pull your desk away from the wall. I tried a 40" once on my desk and that didn't work well.

Would have liked to see at least one USB-C input.

I know console users play on big screens all the time, but I just can't imagine using this for my pc setup. Even 32in feels big.

Does it have any anti burn in features that set it apart from a C2? Would you say it is better for text viewing compared to a TV? TIA!!

So far personally I have seen it image clean when I turn it off after 4+ hours. Don't have c2 so can't compare but I like it. It's a monitor first so it'll have more computer esque features

It's an oled so text isn't always super clear

Question. Can this be used as a pseudo bedroom TV? It probably doesn't have cable connection right? But if I only plan to connect a Roku Ultra and game consoles then it kind of becomes Smart TV ish?

I bought this a few weeks ago for only a little more on eBay. Anti-burn in features include four different modes of pixel shifting during use, display turning off when you aren't using it for awhile, as well as an image cleaner that runs when you shut it off.

Picture quality is really amazing, colors pop, sound is very good, and it can be overclocked to 138hz at 4k, though my model has some noticeable brightening/dimming/flashing when I overclock, so I have turned that off and leave it at 120hz.

Sits on my SecretLab desk and is absolutely worth the cost. I replaced an LG CX 55" TV for this. Has 3 HDMI and 1 Displayport, as well as two USB ports.

I do my job as a software developer on this and text looks fine? Don't know what others are complaining about.
