Yeah x1650 is not good enough for this price based on pricing past 2 or 3 years if you wanted current day gpus: 3050ti, 3050 etc.
But wait, maybe this is the new normal due to inflation.
Still , I'd look elsewhere (though not sure where, maybe hp outlet mentioned another person), if you need better gpu than this....It's just a lukewarm deal if you don't need the greatest gpu.

Okay here is how you should look at this laptop.

Take gaming out of the title.

Now compare this to other laptops in this price range. There is currently no integrated graphics option on the market that even holds a candle to the 1650. So this is a bonus upgrade over the integrated graphics that normally would be included.

And anything else that this laptop has to offer is upto your personal needs and taste. I would say, typically in this price range your looking at an HP basic laptop and this already has some nice latest gen features attached to it.

Lol. I bought a similar laptop in January 2020 for myself (to be used on business travels) but it has been used by my kids almost exclusively since I have not traveled at all....

1650 is a bit weak in 2023 for more demanding games but games like Genshin Impact can still run fine.
