My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with this girl who heard that Zinus bed frames have bed bugs. I guess it's pretty serious.

It seems unfair for one person's claim to poison a company's reputation. The bed has 4.6 stars and over 3500 reviews on Amazon, and a search shows no use of the word "bug" in and of them!

I have had multiple Zinus bed frames that I loved. Unfortunately the upholstery on them is my cat's favorite scratching material! This one might work out for a replacement. Thanks!

Agreed, more likely the house had bed bugs before the new frame.

I have a queen size zinus bed frame and the quality of the material is way better than I thought it would be. It was pretty easy to put together and I also have a memory foam mattress, so the frame legit never moves. You could put a glass of water on the headboard and jump on this bed and the glass wouldn't fall.

I have a zinus king very similar to this. The wood slats are weak and will sag over time, making your mattress droop. A piece of plywood would fix this, but it is annoying

Same experience. You should be able to do what I do, just flip the slats over once they begin sagging again (about once a year for me).

I have three zinus bedframes and they're all great. Best bang for buck by far. Recommend using locktite on the hardware during install. I've done that on all of mine and not a creak or squeak in years.
