I like this charger and replaced my M1 Macbook Pro charger with this for easier travel. Just a reminder that to get the 100w from one port, you can't have other things plugged into it.
Here's a Charging Guide I typed out that references their photo on Amazon:
Single Port Charging:
USBC-1 - 100w Max
USBC-2 - 100w Max
USB-A - 22.5W Max
Two Port Charging:
USBC1 + USBC 2 = 60W + 40W Max
USBC1 + USBA = 80W + 18W Max
USBC2 + USBA = 60W + 22.5W Max
Three Port Charging
USBC1 + USBC2 + USBA = 45W + 30W + 18W = 93W Total
Specifications:
Total Output Wattage: 100W
Input: 100-240V~ 2.1A 50-60Hz
Output:
Single Port: USB-C 1 (100W Max) / USB-C 2 (100W Max) / USB-A (22.5W Max)
Dual Port: USB-C 1 + USB-C 2 (60W Max + 40W Max) / USB-C 1 + USB-A (80W Max + 18W Max) / USB-C 2 + USB-A (60W Max + 22.5W Max)
Triple Port: USB-C 1 (45W Max), USB-C 2 (30W Max), USB-A (18W Max)
Dimensions: 2.64 in x 1.24 in x 2.24 in (67 mm x 31.5 mm x 56.97 mm)

dell xps 15 can be used with it?

You can get older tech with lower wattage, bigger heavier blocks, or less ports for much cheaper, we're talking about sub $20 USB-C chargers.
Tempted to get this but I don't need this fanciness yet so I'll stick with my old ones for a while.
Can anyone tell me why this wouldn't be a better deal (besides green vs anger):

It has $20 off right now - putting it in the same price range
I tried that charger while looking for an extra charger for my Lenovo Ideapad pro and I remember the charger getting uncomfortably hot while charging. I returned it and coincidentally purchased this Anker charger. It's been great.

That said, a much more valid reason is that this charger is garbage compared to the competition. Line noise, efficiency, and prices are all bad.
I used to adore Anker USB cables, and that's about all I use from them anymore. Given this trajectory of late, I'll not want for anything they make soon. Pity!

This 140W was $45 during the last deal but is still $55 after it expired for anyone who doesn't need a USB-A port and it comes with a 240W certified USB-C cord.

Anker 736 100W Nano II Power Adapter Review and Test
That's 7 months old review, before they were outed for stealing customer data.
in regards to power chargers, which is what this thread is about, you're going to be fine with this brand or ugreen. I personally like the quality of ugreen better, but as someone else mentioned, they are newer to this space and may not be as reputable. short of the security issue w Anker/eufy, I've seen them at Costco and other big box stores, so they must not be too terrible. Some Anker /eufy stuff I've purchased in the past have seemingly been ok, other have felt pretty cheap. not sure what that's about, but there are definitely inconsistencies in QA with Anker/eufy. I can't say I've used enough ugreen stuff to make the same type of assessment, but the cables, chargers, outlets Ive purchased have seemed to be ok
Baseus for honest powered ratings
Satechi for no-load efficiency
Hat tip to @Timless for the link to test results
Hyphen-X, and SlimQ rated well too
I'm still looking into it. I intend to make a larger purchase so getting into the weeds a bit. Learned much this AM reading comments here already

Yes, Ravpower, aukey, Taotronics and others were part of the Amazon purge a while back in 2021. Caught allegedly paying or otherwise manipulating for positive reviews.
