When you cancelled the order did u see the rebate didn't work out info in the account? See the attached screen shots. Maybe things got screwed because I cancelled the first one and then ordered the 2nd one? As mentioned above, there was no request for number transfer when I placed the 2nd one. I assumed it is tied to the Fi plan and number transfer already pending. Should I just cancel the 2nd order and try it with a different account? I don't want to take a chance. Thanks
After I cancelled the 2nd order, the "your rebate didn't work out" ribbon went away. See the attached screenshot. So not sure if it was tied to the first order or the 2nd order.

Ordered feb 2 moved from Feb 21 to March 1.

I can wait but that's random to move the date that far.

Can we order 2 phones on the same amount? Didn't see anything that said you couldn't
After you select the S23U at this page https://fi.google.com/account#buydevices , click on the blue Promo Details. It says "For individual plans, limit one per person. For group plans, limit one per group plan member",

For Hello Mobile sim users ..... can we get a random number during activation and then port that random number into Fi?
Yes, you can have Hello give you a new phone number. It shows on your account page after the SIM kit ships. Account number too. PIN is supposed to be last 4 digits of new phone number. Another poster said to activate Sim on a phone before porting it over.

For those worried about canceling a previous order and reordering or thinking you need to use a new Gmail address, check here first:

https://fi.google.com/account#credit

I got a credit voided notification when I cancelled my original order but already had my new order in but confirmed with Fi chat there was no issues and the void notification was tied to the order I cancelled but was not able to verify myself until I checked this link and looked at the "in progress" tab

Has anyone tried using T-Mobile's three-month free trial on top of a Google Fi service (to avoid Fi's data charge)?

Not sure if the order matters. I cancelled my first order and then placed the 2nd order. It seems many folks here placed the 2nd order first and then cancelled their original orders. Not sure if that plays a role.
