They didn't send mine until I made an attorney general complaint. Then they lied to the attorney general. I guess we're going to arbitration. This is not an honest company.

The last deal before this one was even better. The deal was $499 minus a $250 rebate. That's without adding any CB deals and they were really good when that promo came out. I'd be shocked if that promo comes back so soon.

Service is fine but good luck if you ever need support. They almost lost my number on port in and I was without service for a week. It took hours of contacting support to not lose my number, and then after that they refuse to give me the gift card.

There's no phone number to call, you have to open a chat and escalate. When the tier 2 tech sends you an email you can't reply, but have to open a new chat again.

your right, just did a search and i see that promo, ill wait for it again, apple needs to cut prices to offload inventory, its bound to happen

I'm in the Midwest. Kansas/Oklahoma/Arkansas/Missouri region and my service with Visible is hit or miss. Sometimes it says SOS where the service bars are. I'm on an iPhone 14 Pro and travel all over the region. Most of the time it works okay, but spotty in some areas. I'm planning to switch to ATT $300 plan for a year.

i swear the deal for the 12/12mini was better back when they first dropped 2 years ago. I did the visible port in for the 12 launch and the 13 launch,and remember paying less than this.
