Their cookies and cream is the worst protein I've tried in years. Clumps, awful artificial sweetener and stale whey/"cream" flavor. Avoid avoid avoid.
While dietary cholesterol has almost no impact on blood level cholesterol, it is really strange that it's so high.

Where is all this cholesterol coming from as other whey powders don't have nearly this amount??

Hi! Could someone help me understand why people are downvoting this post? Confused It seems like a reasonable deal.

Is there something wrong with the protein product? 73% protein per scoop isn't amazing, but it's very reasonable.

I ran through the sales process just to check the numbers and here's what I found.

58.49 (list price at current discount)
- 14.62 (25%-off coupon for Subscribe & Save)
- 2.92 (5% off of current list price due to Subscribe & Save)
+ 0.44 (tax)
----------
=$41.39 <-- This is what the OP stated, less the tax.

For 5 pounds, that's $8.28/lb, which isn't bad at all for today's prices.

If it's the odd link the OP provided that has people worried, here's the product with a normal Amazon URL: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JUA736Y.

If I hadn't just bought a bunch of vanilla protein powder I'd strongly consider getting this. (I'm holding out for some strawberry. yummy)

I'd like to understand if there's a problem with this product or company, in case a flavor I want comes on sale. Smilie Thank you for any insight anyone can provide.

I recently bought their Strawberry Shortcake flavor and have been happy with the taste, texture and mix ability, for what it's worth.

One of the worst features of this site is allowing downvotes without comments. Downvotes without comments shouldn't even be tallied IMHO. So to answer your question, I have no idea why people are downvoting. Probably best to just ignore them use your own judgement and read whatever comments are here...

My actual doctor and the fairly surprising to me test results I got back during my annual check up this week would disagree with that generalized statement Wink

I mean I can literally account for almost every single ratio'd out calorie that's gone into my body in the last year, and with the only noteworthy change there being a switch to concentrate powder from isolate in the name of saving money. Which came out to about an extra 200'ish daily on top of what I typically take in from chicken.

Or basically...screw me and those tubs of ON stashed up in my closet lol

whey isolate has almost no cholesterol. whey concentrate is very high in cholesterol.

this is a good clue as to what you are really getting in these protein "blends" (almost all concentrate)
