You certainly sound "young" considering plenty of young adults in their 30's and especially in their 40's need to watch their blood pressure for a variety of reasons. reasons that "red wine" won't fix. kindly stop being ignorant.

The $15 ones aren't usualy very accurate. Use validatebp.org to find one with 3rd party testing to ensure accuracy. All current OMRON models are on the list. So the difference between the 5-7-10 series might be features you don't find valuable but they should all be very accurate (but still need validation against a clinical unit for best accuracy)

Walgreens is a scam. After a few days they cancelled my order and said it is out of stock! While it was available in store and for same delivery. I contacted them and they put another order for me for pick up, but again I received an email after half an hour that We're unable to complete your order at this time. Walgreens create a hype and waste customer time and then quietly cancel the orders

I have linked the app with Apple health in settings, but data isn't showing in Apple health. The app store has several reviews that mention the same issue.
