That's what i heard then bought two Rose colored ones from BestBuy and they were both defective.
UTM is there . I have window and Linux install
One just needs to make sure that the hub they buy specifically points out working for M1.
Correct, and these specialty hubs are expensive. You also need to have the software running, or the additional monitors won't be detected.
I work in IT, and my workplace made the mistake of buying MacBooks with M1 and M2 chips for our offices with dual monitor setups. Safe to say these won't be purchased again any time soon.
