About this Game:
- The sci-fi survival-horror classic Dead Space returns, completely rebuilt from the ground up to offer a deeper, more immersive experience. This remake brings jaw-dropping visual fidelity, suspenseful atmospheric audio, and improvements to gameplay while staying faithful to the original game's thrilling vision.
- Isaac Clarke is an everyman engineer on a mission to repair a vast mining ship, the USG Ishimura, only to discover something has gone horribly wrong. The ship's crew has been slaughtered and Isaac's beloved partner, Nicole, is lost somewhere on board.
- Now alone and armed with only his engineering tools and skills, Isaac races to find Nicole as the nightmarish mystery of what happened aboard the Ishimura unravels around him. Trapped with hostile creatures called Necromorphs, Isaac faces a battle for survival, not only against the escalating terrors of the ship but against his own crumbling sanity.

Digital sales do not just follow physical sales. Even if it does go on sale digitally, it won't be this cheap. It'll be $60 or so. Physical is almost always cheaper. Just buy it now, when it's the price you want. Unless you made the mistake of buying the digital console.
The original is on GP already.
Better graphics. Ray-tracing. 60fps standard and sometimes 120fps. Higher standard resolution. More graphics mode options. Not to mention that non-remakes still far outnumber remakes. Your comment is ill-informed.

And I'd much rather play a tight, enjoyable 12-hours than 36-hours where half of it is filler and running back & forth over the same areas for generic fetch quests.
I don't know. I really loved it when it first came out. I'll hold out for the $40 price tag. lol
Exactly. No need to blow $50

IMO it is a good thing to buy games that are deserving new as it is only new sales where the developers get money = they will make more AAA Games.
As all EA games eventually come to EA Play it is a matter of a waiting game if you don't wish to spend money.
