It's 18 Sawzall blades not 10 and 8 multi. Maybe because they're multi use 🤔 not the best choice of wording though. I got excited for a minute too. Milwaukee Multi tool blades are crazy expensive.

Once you've used carbide tipped reciprocating saw blades, these bi-metal ones are junk unless you're cutting soft wood.
And, there are no multi-tool blades in this deal. Post is incorrect.

Which would you recommend? Never had the pleasure of using carbide tipped on a sawzall, that I know of.

This bit set has been on sale for $19.97.
So you have to ask yourself if the blades are worth $6.

if you don't already have any any blades, and need to cut something, then Yes, this is probably a good deal....

But these aren't particularly good blades, they are nothing special, and I already have a crap-ton of diablo carbide recip blades which are better. So I would not spend the $6 to get these blades, but saying that, this isn't a bad deal. It's a good deal if you need blades. It's not a great deal if you alreayd have blades. This isn't a stock up on them kind of deal in my eyes.

If anyone just needs the saw blades, they have the 18-piece for $19.97 (which was a frontpage deal in January): https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../321284603

Milwaukee blades aren't the best. I much prefer diablo.
I'd go with the following set over the milwaukee.

I suppose it's subjective as far as blade brands go, but mid to low end blades typically aren't worth the money regardless of brand. They bend and dull way too easily to pay good money for them, especially if you try to do anything beyond a straight cross-cut.

If you buy Milwaukee, Axe or Torch Recip blades should be your purchase, not these throwaway blades. While it's good to have throwaway blades just in case you need to cut something you do NOT want to keep the blade after (like a sewer pipe near a clog... pro-tip, stab the installed blade through the bottom of a trash bag and cover the front of the tool with the bag for these kinds of cuts) You usually collect those blades over the years anyway from various other deals or combo sets where you're really buying the thing they came with.

I still have Axe blades from 5 years ago that are rusted with zero paint left on them that still cut wood better than one of these generic wood cutting blades.

As for the bits, they're good, but are they $26 good? I might be alone in this, but bit-assortment sets like this are just clutter. I have bought more than a few of them over the years, and those 1" bits are mostly tossed into a coffee can somewhere collecting dust. I keep a set for when I have some weird slotted, torx or square drive screw I need to deal with. But for the most part, buying specific 2 or 3" bits (#2 phillips, #2 Square, T25... T10/T15 for cabinet/trim screws) makes a driver a lot more usable in real scenarios, particularly with countersunk screws.

Long story already typed out, but to recap: If you already have similar blades and bits and you're looking to beef up your supply for stuff you use, this won't do you any good. They're mostly just things you will rarely or never use. If you DON'T have similar blades or bit sets (If you've been on SD for any length of time, I highly doubt this is the case) this is a "meh" deal, but will likely just be clutter.
