Same. Out of stock even though it says there is 3k of them.

I think they screwed up the impact and wasn't ment to be 99. That is super cheap for tool only of it even. (edit) it use to be $139 on sale most of the time so apparently it's currently $99 without battery.

I love mine that I picked up last year.
No, the deal is still good. I bought this deal 3 weeks ago and is still going.
I also just checked and it's available right now at 8pm PST.

375 ft.lb. of torque for ANY 1/2" impact is a joke. Has to be, or a misprint lmao....

This should be good for most diy weekend warrior kinda jobs. nut breakaway torque is 400ft/lbs per ryobi response on home depot Q&A.
According to the box it says 450 breakaway torque. There is a video on YouTube shows it live at 475. After returning the ratchet it only cost me 54.00 bucks.

Can I make an airhorn out of this? If not, which Ryobi model should I buy?

There's a whole lot of 1/2" impacts that did less than 375 ft/lbs breakaway. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_...RpY&t=623s There's a graph at the 10 minute mark.

And they cost a lot more than this $50 Ryobi for just the Bare tool. The Ryobi comes with 4ah battery and charger.

The 1/2" struggled to remove some of my car's lug nuts put on by my local tire shop. I am serious considering returning it, even at the $50 price point.

If you don't need the tools now, just wait for Ryobi Day
What has the 1/2" impact gone for on Rhobi day? Much less than this $50 price point?

I recently bought the brushless 1/2" with 600 ft lb of torque to loosen over tighten lugs on my new tires. Some took about 10-15 secs of hammering to break loose. That came with the high performance 4.0 battery. Got it for 170. Well worth it for my needs. So it all depends on what you are going to use it on
600lb torque and took 10 to 15 seconds? Something isn't right here….

Sorry, wasn't using a stopwatch, but did seem longer than it should for some of the lug bolts
