Compared to the $1229 front page deal for the HP Envy at Amazon, this has:
64GB of ram vs 16GB
i7-12700K vs i9-12900
extra 1TB hardrive
The CPU speeds would be very similar [cpubenchmark.net] if the cooling and power are the standard limits. The i7 is a K version so its standard limit is 125W which is higher than the i9 non-K at 65w.
Looks like you can add a 120mm fan for better cooling according to HP [hp.com]. That link also shows that the Omen 25L case is similar to the Envy but has a glass side.
