I ordered shipped to home. They are doing some limited time deals where they are actually doing some free or discounted shipping again. It's not a bad deal at $20 if you don't want to take a wait-and-see approach. Next big sales will probably be Memorial or Independence Day.
The sales have been much worse in the past year. A year or two ago, everything would be marked down 40% off the already lowest price on the Internet. Shipping would be free or $7.95.
Most sales now only put limited items on sale, and shipping is often $15. I didn't even really mind the $15 shipping when the whole store was on sale, because at least I could combine items. The full store sales with cheap or free shipping are very uncommon now.

I wouldn't pay $20 myself but it's probably worth it if you have the batteries.
