Nice deal, Pity I still have the Ink Business Preferred active and just applied for Freedom Unlimited... A word of caution with their UR Travel service. I had very negative experience with them lately.
On one occasion, I planned my conference and booked the hotel with UR Travel instead of using the conference link. The price was similar, so I decided to earn a few points... That was bad choice because:
They charged the full amount immediately instead of placing a hold.
When I wanted to shorten my stay, it took me almost 2 hour on the phone to change it. And even then, their portal still shows the old travel dates and it took them 2 weeks to refund the difference, so that I had to pay the balance first.
On the other occasion, I tried to book a cruise with them - even worse headache. They do have some cruises online but not all of them. And definitely they don't have any of the optional packages the cruise lines now have to sweeten the deal. My cruise was not available on the portal so I ended up spending 2-3 hours on the phone with very ignorant UR rewards employee who wanted nothing more than to end the call.
And most importantly... The Ultimate Rewards Travel has been outsorurced abroad, to multiple call centers in at least 2 multiple locations (I heard 2 different type of accents, both equally bad). The UR Travel call center used to be 100% English speaking, very knowledgeable, very nice and attentive representatives. Not anymore. Upon your call you are getting to the badly accented employee who is clueless as to what you are asking such that you have to repeat yourself 2-3 times. Mid you, English is my second language too, so I don't mind repeating, knowing that my accent is also bad. But I also know that it is not that bad so I have to repeat myself so much so it gets tiring. There is also bad lag between you talking and call center responding. This is confirmed on every occasion I had to interact with them. The only way to solve this is to immediately request the US Representative. At least for now this works, but who knows for how long.
Thanks for the heads up. Refer my wife to sign up. That's 15k for referral and 80,000 once the spending requirements are met.
That's what OP said. 80k + 10k in branch.

Does anyone know when another $900 cash back for their Chase Business Ink cards deals could come back at?
I foolishly didn't apply to both Business Inks, only one. Now those card Sony offer $750 bonus after 6000 spend.
I think I prefer those bc your usage is not monitored like a regular CC as long as you make the payments in time.
900 cash back might never comeback. That was the best ever promo. I am also kicking myself not applying both ink cards. It was no fee and 900 cash back. It was a no brained.
But I guess it's still good for a 750 offer.
There is a referral bonus of 40k which might help😊😊
This bonus is a nice one. If you use the points properly you can get 2x the value by transferring them to airlines and hyatt hotels. I have had great results doing that. If you cash out the points for dollars you really drop the ball.(rookie mistake). This is a great opportunity.
What if you have Chase Sapphire Reserve and haven't gotten a bonus since 2016? How does one sign up for this and get the 80k?
TIA
You can downgrade the CSR to Chase Fredom Flex card. Wait for few days and apply for this.
You have to wait for few days for the system to recognize that you don't have a Sapphire Card anymore to get the bonus
I signed up for Preferred last year and had my wife on as an authorized user when I earned the bonus.
We went into the bank trying to open another in her name this time, but he was unable to because she was still an authorized user. I've since removed her, but will she be disqualified for the bonus since she was an AU when I got mine? Is it even possible to be approved for the card and not the bonus?
I'm thinking about signing up for CSR to get the extra apple bonus. I have CSP right now. Can I downgrade to a freedom and then apply for a CSR? Will I be able to do it in time because the deal is only until May 31st.
I def haven't hit the limit for cards. I've only gotten 1 new card in the past 5 years.
Seeing conflicting information, would appreciate comment from someone that knows for sure.
Went to branch, and was told by bank manager about the offer, but I don't qualify because I already am a CS cardholder, and to get the promotion, they suggested a spouse/family member/friend, etc that wasn't a member. Further, for me in particular, I would need to be without the CS card for 2 years before I could qualify. Some people here are suggesting canceling the card for a few days, and then re-applying. This conflicts with what bank manager said.
As a possible option, thinking of getting a family member signed up, as they doesn't really use credit cards, but happy to help by being reimbursed for my desired purchases. So, if I went this route, is there a way to transfer the points or is it locked to the account holder's name forever?
My wife received special code for 100k points, we are still contemplating between preferred and venture.
Any help is appreciated.
100k chase points are a lot more valuable than 75k cap one points, seems pretty easy choice to me.

Can you expand on "properly" please ?
Transferring to Hyatt will typically get you 2-2.5 cents a point in cash-equivalent value, compared to 1.25 cents in the portal on a CSP or 1.5 cents on a CSR.
Transfers to airlines can be even higher, especially on business or first class tickets.
So generally speaking the portal will return significantly lower value on your points for travel...there's rare exceptions (Southwest for example where CSR probably makes sense to use, but maybe not CSP) but as a general rule it's true.

Or you can downgrade your current sapphire and wait a few days.

Absolutely untrue. That's not even "confusing 2 different things" true-- which would be a 4 year clock, not 2.
It needs to be 4 years since you last earned a sapphire signup bonus- if it's less you don't qualify regardless of anything else.

You can transfer Chase points between members of the same household (same address, etc) if you call chase and have them set that up- otherwise no.
Properly meaning not taking them as cash. You can get 2x value by converting them to travel partners like Hyatt and United Airlines. So many ways. You can find a lot out by searching Dan s Dea ls .c om is a good source. .
