Have this and the Dyson v10. This is fine but the charger went out after 2 years. Just recently bought a replacement charger on amazon for $20 and now works again. The V10 never had any issues and have been using for over 5 years in the main room. Only down side is that the v10 battery cannot be swapped easy like the lg and lg comes with 2 battery to be used so longer time vs v10.
Nearly every LG product - (cell phone, refrigerator, TVs and microwave) I've had have broken shortly after their warranty period. The fridge had a 10 year compressor warranty which only covers the part not the expensive labor. I just can't do it with this brand anymore as a matter of self respect. Sorry to threadcrap but look at the fact that they only offer a 6 month warranty on their refurbished products. Whereas other brands actually either maintain the same warranty period as new products or even EXTEND it to give you reassurance buying a refurb, LG does the opposite.

I don't agree. I had LG phone G3, G6 and G8 all been great. A paired of washer and dryer. Microwave and dishwasher. Again all working great
Ordered one of these from Walmart during another deal a month ago - was refurbished but came like new.
It works well, but brush head doesn't work the best for hard floors. You really need the soft roller head, which another $150 by itself.
If using the brush in hard floors, anything of any height (think a cheerio, for example) gets hit by the plastic housing of the head and never has a chance to get into sucked up. Other items it sometimes hits while spinning and kicks it across the room instead of being vacuumed.
Definitely recommend for carpets, though. Two batteries is a big plus.
