Just returned this for the C2. Honestly as someone who isn't extremely picky I probably should have kept this, it's beautiful and the google tv is much better than webos.

Your post triggered my curiosity. I had no idea that quantum mini led was a solid contender to OLED. Thanks for posting. In case anyone else is curious, pros and cons for each. Specific shoot out test between c1 and u8g both of which are previous models to c2 and u8h: https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...shold=0.10
The Hisense 2023 lineup seems to have significant improvements. Does anyone have a clue when the 2023 U8K will be released?
Summertime is all I've been able to find. They are bringing 144 hertz down to the 6 series if I remember correctly. I'm waiting for the new Hisense models also.

Curious what the significant improvements are? From what I have read it appears they will have the same SoC which means still the limited processing to help with a lot of the main issues people talk about on this TV.

The U8K will have double the dimming zones compared to the U8H. It'll also have 144 refresh rate. It should have better motion and black levels. The U8H is still imo the best value LED TV right now but it has had some banding issues and sometimes blooming and motion. The U8K looks promising in addressing these issues, it'll be amazing for the price if these issues resolve.

Also, why was this deal marked expired? It's been live on Amazon for days, and now it's back live on Best Buy.
