I bought the one from Newegg yesterday.
I use several of these for a small business that I managed that has a couple of different branch areas. I run a couple access points and some cameras. this is the low end POE switch So if you plan on running several high power devices, recommend you get the higher power (123W for $79 vs this 62W) switch. beyond that, these are absolutely awesome switches. fully manageable with VLAN separation, you can independently power cycle devices using the web GUI. at less than $40 for a fully manageable POE switch, you can't go wrong!
I just hope we start to see these kind of price drops on the larger port capacity switches, I really need a 24 port with similar capability.
The statement is true for many consumer grade network devices.

Look at the camera specs sheet and see how many watts per camera. Times that by 5 and if it's more than 62, then you want to get the other one, the 123 watt for $79. what camera make and model are you using?

Are you referring to a publicly traded (and Chinese controlled) company with multi-billion dollar revenues as "the little guys"?
I remember the first 10/100 hub I bought from Circuit City was over $100 😂
I don't need it.
ok, I'll buy one just in case.
