    It really doesn't matter, unless you are going to chop bones. Once you get used to this kind of high back knife, you wouldn't ever go back to the overpriced "chef" style narrow knifes, as your cutting speed will at least double plus improved cutting safety.

    I have two knives by SHI BA ZI ZUO for over 15 years, although they are not cleaver, but they have no problem with poultries and small pork bones, such as ribs etc.

    good reminder, chinese style knife allows much faster cutting speed and safety than the overpriced "chef" narrow blades. And just like the "chef" blades, they are not cleavers. Just designed for different purpose.

    This thread was dead for like a week and now suddenly it's getting a bunch of comments and activity, some of which are a bit suspect..

    I've gotten multiple "replies" to my comment that are not a reply at all. I suspect bots/shills.
    šŸ¤” lot of zombie accounts waking from the dead and brand new accounts.

    no idea how good this item is or the value, but the post and comments are pretty sketch.
