You might want to confirm with a rep. This wasn't the case with the q990b. Even though it said so in the page
I guess a good deal depends on your individual circumstance. As a "prosumer" soundbar system, this is up there. I got the older iteration Q950a. Performance wise I'm very happy with it. In fact, it has made he realize how inadequate and unclear a lot of budget soundbars and tv speakers are where I can't hear dialogue.
But my experience has its downsides.
One month after the warranty expired, the main PCB board failed. I had to beg but thankfully the rep agreed how unfortunate it was and comp'ed the repair. It would have been a really pricey fix otherwise. Some of the functions of my soundbar(and I suspect this one) are tied with the Samsung smartthings app. A couple times the soundbar lost connection and wouldn't reconnect even with a full system reset. Each time it took hours of problem solving and trying things that weren't in a manual and getting lucky stumbling with the right trial and error from forum searches. My soundbar now has an issue of intermittent volume creep with my roku remote. Sometimes I will adjust the volume up or down and it will blast to full volume or zero. Samsung is treating their soundbars like phones and tv. Current line will get update support for a few years and then nothing. Good luck. There won't be a software update to fix my volume issues most likely.
When I bought mine I was able to get it for $1000 + $200 Amazon credit. That's a lot of money for me for a product I don't have a lot of faith in future durability. This product line certainly isn't worth it's MSRP in my opinion, but around $1000 might be do-able for some.

What amp + passive speaker w/ atmos setup are you comparing to over these. Are you going to wire the rear speakers? Which amp are you using for atmos/processing? I'm curious what you'd price out as a 1200 set.
