If you have a Microcenter close it's $350 with an ATX board and 16g DDR4 memory. Great deal and this is a K with built in graphics. .

Looks like 9900k is still selling for almost $300 used. Can pretty much get free upgrade if sold it and current motherboard.

I'm not sure I would get quite that much for the 9900k. I think maybe $220?
Anyway, I have a mini-itx build, so it might be worth to buy this until I find a reasonable deal for a z690i itx board.
