Would this be a big upgrade over an RX570? I'm considering upgrading an old PC I built a few years ago and this looks really good for the price.

This looks like a significant upgrade for you.

Bought this card a couple of years ago for $400 during the shortage and was very happy with it then and it is still serving me well today. Would serve as a great esports card imo.

I bought this one last year for $220 at Microcenter with Dead Island 2 and Callisto Protocol and it's been able to keep with DI2 on high using a 2K monitor.

Any idea how The Last of Us activates? Steam, Epic, etc?

BTW, admittedly still running a 1060...man for just $200 the performance bump looks crazy.

I upgraded my son's setup from a 1070 to this and the difference was +30 fps or more in every game.

As far as the game goes, it redeems on Steam. You will have to install the card and download the AMD validation program before the game is added to your account. Not a huge pain. Also keep in mind that if you use the code, your card won't qualify for a return to the retailer.

Does this work out of the box on Hackintosh or some settings needed to make it work ?

I'm running the Asrock version with zero issues. iMac 19,1 with a 10600k and the headless iGPU.

I bought this used 6650 from amazon warehouse for $209 plus tax. (https://www.amazon.com/MSI-128-bi...28e6d374b3)

So far, after 2 months, its been running as if brand new. No issues no far. Granted, when i got the package, the retail box had duct tape on it, all the video and power cables were missing. It was just the video card in a static bag. It looked almost brand new. Thinking maybe it was in someones machine for at least a couple of weeks/months, there would be some dust on it, but couldnt any dust on it and i doubt amazon would clean it up. YYMV. I see it popping up for 209.99 a couples of times this year and i keep wondering if its the same card being returned over and over again. Going from a 1060 to a 6650XT, its feels like im going from a bicycle to a Toyota Camery.
And just think how much you can resell the 1060 for.…according to Facebook Marketplace sellers that 1060 is easily worth $150!

Not seeing the free game at Amazon anymore. Newegg still has the card and game for $209.99:

It is. Your talking about a 1060 which was decent 6 years ago but that's 4 generations old

I'd love to go with a faster GPU but I only have a 400 watt gold power supply (HP custom for their desktop pavilion gaming series) running my RX 5500. Seems like the PSU is not upgradeable, except maybe to their 500 watt custom version in the higher end pre-builts of that same series (but I've read it's almost impossible to get one of those powers supplies on its own)… This 6600, the 2060 (asking in that post too 🙂) or something else, what's the fastest GPU you all think I could safely run if upgrading the PSU to 500 watt is not an option? 2x16 ram / 250gb sshd / 5600G CPU / HDMI out to 75" 4K tv / no disk drives, etc, just wi-fi and Bluetooth with 3 peripherals (wireless keyboard, mouse and Switch Pro controller).

I have this Sapphire in a Dell Inspiron 3670 (i5-8400, 16gb, 1tb NVME, 365 watt power supply), and it works great! Upgraded from a GTX 1650, and wow, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I had bought this when it was on sale for $219.99, and it has been truly remarkable.
