The review is not so good due to some units die very quick due to built quality and after slow customer services, but the price is cheap for these days. It is hard to find 2k monitor in 32" for less than 200.
If your unit die within a few months, it should be covered with 1 yr warranty.
If you register within 60 days, you can extend it to be 2 years? Check their website.

Office Depot, you can return to store.
Monoprice might be hard to return or any customer service issues.

Please don't buy Element products. Bought a monitor from them. It's only last 4 months and now it gives me blank screen when I turn on. I cannot return it because it's over 90 days return policy. Spent a lot of time through many calls to their customer service. They tried to ignored me by chasing around like "I'm getting an update for your case", "Someone will give you a call back at the end of the day or in 24 hours". Never got a call back. They keep doing that until I gave up. Like just thrown away a couple of hundred bucks.

In this case, could I return the monitor to office depot? ( i order online through office depot website)

It's a shame because it's the only 32" monitor that fits in my desktop hutch (28" width).

Like the last few comments, mine also just died the same way this week (Black Friday 2022 purchase). Did an RMA and they refunded the $140 purchase price less tax rather than shipping a replacement.
