I'm Hanzelnuts, I was mentioned in the Wiki. You guys are lucky because Spectrum is excepting a lot of older phones as trade in for this promotion. A Note 4 is now worth $35 + $600. That's crazy.

I did this promotion 2 months ago. Traded in my Note 9 for $27 and Iphone 8 plus for $12. Note 9 was the oldest they will take back then and so was the iPhone 8. I had a Note 4 that didn't qualify. I had to buy the IPhone 8 for $90 to do the trade in.

I went in the store and paid in full for S23 Ultra and S23. Contrary to FatGuyPoolShark, I like many people, had to send in our trade-in to Assurant. You'll be lucky if the store accept your trade in. It has to be sent in.

Anyways, I have Spectrum internet. There was a promotion of buy one unlimited line for $29.99 and you'll get one line free. For those that didn't get this promotion in their email, ASK THE REP at the store if you can get that promo. Chances are, they'll say yes.

I was able to unlock my 2 phones within one week. I called and asked if they could unlock them and the agent unlocked them while I was on the phone with her. You might want to say you're traveling and needed them unlock.

Assurance emailed me and says my phones were accepted as trade-ins. But instead of $27 for my Note 9, they only going to pay me $15 reason being it was late. It wasn't late, as they received it within the 30 days required to mail in.

I have a credit of $1227 with Spectrum right now. I'm too busy to call and ask them to credit them back to my credit card. It shouldn't be a problem though.

Feel free to ask any questions if need to.

I didn't cancel any line, yet. I just upgraded my other two lines. The sales guy said I can upgrade anytime because I paid cash for the phones. I will do another today and trade in my s23 for the s23 plus . I will only pay taxes because they're giving us $1k for it .I also have my s22 plus and stylus 5G that I will trade and get two more s23. This is the best deal ever.lol
interesting ok. I am a bit worried that I already cancelled my first line and they will give me some trouble for adding another line with another phone so soon but hopefully its not an problem.

Ive done similar deals to this before and as long as you pay the phone in full before you cancel, the providers dont really care.... *i hope*

All dead. Good job mateys. 1 week of pillage and plunder.

Had a galaxy S2 and J7 waiting in line for this weekend...now not avail for trade in.

Would have been fun seeing who had the oldest cheapest and most broken phone they could've traded in.😂

The trade-in list has changed slightly, some removed, some added.

Now a lot more A series models appear on the list, not accepted for trade-in though. Samsung A03s still accepted ($40 tracfone orders are safe).

Oldest acceptable pixel is Pixel 3.

Oldest acceptable iPhone is 6 or original SE. iPhone 5S was added to the list recently, not accepted, maybe next week.

The S23 series show still available for me. The second upgrade from a first S23 to + or Ultra looks dead. Hoping the original deal holds together for the week, my tracfone A03s is not due in till Friday. Looks like the second trade to + or ultra will have to wait for the next deal.

I spoke with one customer care rep now and they said the promotion seems expired. They mentioned they can't see any S23 Plus or Ultra also and their trade in Vendor stopped some tradein too. He advised that they may remove the promotion shortly from their website. I missed it.
