Trade-in IMEIs: When testing to see if your phone is accepted for trade-in, any random fingermashed IMEI can be used as long as it starts with a 3. I did this promotion 2 months ago. Traded in my Note 9 for $27 and Iphone 8 plus for $12. Note 9 was the oldest they will take back then and so was the iPhone 8. I had a Note 4 that didn't qualify. I had to buy the IPhone 8 for $90 to do the trade in.
I went in the store and paid in full for S23 Ultra and S23. Contrary to FatGuyPoolShark, I like many people, had to send in our trade-in to Assurant. You'll be lucky if the store accept your trade in. It has to be sent in.
Anyways, I have Spectrum internet. There was a promotion of buy one unlimited line for $29.99 and you'll get one line free. For those that didn't get this promotion in their email, ASK THE REP at the store if you can get that promo. Chances are, they'll say yes.
I was able to unlock my 2 phones within one week. I called and asked if they could unlock them and the agent unlocked them while I was on the phone with her. You might want to say you're traveling and needed them unlock.
Assurance emailed me and says my phones were accepted as trade-ins. But instead of $27 for my Note 9, they only going to pay me $15 reason being it was late. It wasn't late, as they received it within the 30 days required to mail in.
I have a credit of $1227 with Spectrum right now. I'm too busy to call and ask them to credit them back to my credit card. It shouldn't be a problem though.

same trade in values appear to be working but the information on the webpage doesnt automatically show the $600 offer but does during checkout... interesting..
However, one thing Spectrum did take away is S23 trade-in of $1000, now it's worth only $500. So no more free S23+ upgrades. Still, I think the pros outweighs that con, a lot of SDers can dispose of their ancient broken phones for a new S23 that can be traded in the future for iPhone or S24.
technically yes to all 3 trades, except the last trade as it was an even trade in store, s23 trade in for $1000 and the s23 plus cost $999, which I am using as a backup device as the screen is pretty nice.

yes we did! I unloaded two of those cheapy $40 Metro Samsung A phones for the s23s, followed by a s23 for the s23+
