Anywhere from $30-$100, and its random who gets it. But your guaranteed to get at least $30 every month. You also get free shipping for anything over $100. The most ive gotten in a month was $60 discount code. They also do raffles every month too, and they provide early access to some products before general public.
They also provide the odds of each discount - the $100 is a 1% chance and $30 is 85% chance. I got $40 on my first month and $30 on my second. Definitely worth it if you plan to make a few purchases spread out over the year, but if you're just looking at one thing I'd probably skip it.
That's like $80 in the switches alone. So $70 for a quality aluminum barebones board is pretty solid. If you're using a gaming keyboard with stock Cherry Red/Blue/Brown switches this will be a huge upgrade. This is a very solid mid-tier custom keyboard, specs similar to the GMMK Pro which is $165 without keycaps and switches. The switches are top tier tactile switches, so if you're coming from Brown switches they'll feel like a dream. Really good price for this board, the only other competitor would be the highly rated Keychron Q1 which is equally priced but you only get the choice of bottom tier switches (Gateron Red/Blue/Brown) with that board.
I want the click sound of Blue, so this doesn't give me the sound and feel like that?

No these switches are still gonna have more of a tactile bump when pressed down and the sound will be deeper. They're not quiet but they're definitely not as high pitched as the blues. These are more of a direct upgrade from Browns in build quality and sound. Something like the Kailh Box Jades would compare more to the Blues you currently have.
If you are interested in Keyboard modding, this is a really nice board to learn on and you can swap in clicky Box Jades later on which only cost $25 for 72
Does drop ever do full sized keyboards? I am not experienced with them but would have loved to have gotten the LotR keyboard if it came as such.
They have a board called the Shift which isn't quite a fullsize, but it's an 1800 layout which is pretty dang close to a full size. Basically just takes out the nav cluster (page up/down etc) and places them into a more compact layout. Drop will also occasionally sell other branded keyboards in the 100% layout, but as far as boards actually manufactured and sold by Drop, they have the Alt 65%, Entr TKL, Ctrl TKL, Shift 1800, and now the Sense 75.

I like it a lot. Was using a 60% Pok3r 3 keyboard.
