Looks like they are excluding Open Box subwoofers from the code.

i had the M-212 in my cart with the code on Day 1, but didnt pull the trigger, since then, when i apply the code, it doesnt lower the price.

I can't imagine spending $1655 for 1 subwoofer. Maybe for a pair of speakers, but not a sub.
