By far the lowest price I have found for the Voice Caddie SC300 launch monitor. Reviews seem pretty consistent about accuracy beyond the Occasional misread/missed shot and the apex height appears to be questionable. Hoping to bring to the range to improve my golf game

I always thought golf was a just reason to get out the house and drink beer with your buddies. Although impressive, who cares how good your shot is when you're drunk?!
Seriously!?
I also have the R10. At the range, this one seems slightly more accurate than R10 in terms of carry (using the actual distance markers as the reference). R10 seems to overcompensate the distance when the ball has side spins, which is one of my unwanted specialties.
What do you mean by it not measuring swing speed by itself?

Who's going to help me with my short game!?

Nope. No launch angle either. If it's like the SC300i then it may calculate the spin #. You have to manually input the loft of the club you are putting in and it guesstimates your launch angle off of that and then measures the ball speed to calculate the distance. I've owned both the SC300i and the SC200+. Kind of fun to just mash clubs to see how far you can hit it but I ended up returning/selling both units.
Yes it will work into a net

I got the R10 when it last popped up on Slickdeals. Of course it's still in the box lol. Curious what you'd pick if you could only have one of the units.

There are many positive benefits to golf...

I live in what I call a concrete jungle. Being able to get out and enjoy the large oaks and beautiful lakes a few times a month provides some level of relief from the daily grind. When you have an early tee time and the sun, temp and breeze hit just right around 10am, it makes for a perfect day. Usually my score is sh$t but the good drives, approach shots and 2-3 nice puts make for a overall good outing.
btw, drunk on the golf course is frowned upon. Get where you want to be then switch to light/ultralight and stay hydrated. Most people are borderline dehydrated and a little sun/drink gets to them over a 4-5hr period.
