Not sure where you see $20 off. I see just 20% off with trade-in. But even so, $24.99 is a good price for new latest generation.

The banner at the top of my fire stick page says that I'll save $20 off by using code NEWFTV23. I tried it and it dropped the price to $19.99 instead of $4.99. I took a screenshot of it. I'm gonna chat with Amazon and see if they will honor it.

I was able to get an Amazon customer service rep to honor the $20 off. They said it's supposed to be 20% off so they refunded me the $15

I think op Haven't tried to order this since it says $20 off original price which is $40. Deal is fake.

edit: tried support got transferred 5 times they didn't know what to do so discounted to $0. I'm not proud but couldn't not take it.
