It took FOREVER.. like 20-30 mins.. So get used to the flashing three dots. and they asked for local zip code, and they only will ship it to you.. So no in store pickup. If verizon is not close by they may not give it to you..
I would have grabbed it from Verizon, but Best Buy is on my way, and as it turned out I had a $5 gift certificate (unknown to me) that the rep caught. And with them shipping it, I suppose it doesn't matter how close best buy is..
