The base seems to be the expensive part, and it's not included… some reviews say the 30lb weights didn't hold it up even in light wind. Maybe those bases are to be used with the table that add stability.
Heavier bases just get way more expensive.

I needed an umbrella base and by chance my grocery store had a plastic base that you fill with sand or water and costs nothing...it's lasted a few years already. A lot cheaper option than the fancy metal or stone ones
