Yep, "Meh" price on this pair. It'd be good deal if the main knife in this one were the 1505 with the bit driver.
I really like these knives and use them as my everyday carry. The price seems average though, I think they go on "sale" for this price often.
I'm a lefty, have used them without issue.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm familiar with the Kobalt version of this, Lowe's has a 3-pack of those for $15

Not sure how comparable they are, but I like the Kobalt one just fine.

Thanks for the link! No plastic on these. Perfect

I assure you the Milwaukee ones are much better. But the kobalt ones have their place too.

Favorite knives! I cut boxes all day at work and the my trusty go-to Stanley 99E broke on me twice. I guess SB&D cheapened on materials. This one keeps on kicking, it also uses a brass bushing rather than plastic/nylon so I guess it should keep going in the future.

I have a conventional Milwaukee utility knife that incorporates a side slider to deploy the blade. The tool is basically worthless as the blade retracts mid cut with no contact to the slider. I know it's apples to grapefruit but I wouldn't buy another Milwaukee utility knife. Don't have time to fuss around with bad design.

One bad experience to ruin it for you? Jumping to conclusions too much eh? If you had multiple experience I would agree but one bad experience and banishing the brand from your choice is a little too harsh, no? Of course it's ultimately your choice and your money, but wanted to give you a different perspective.

Unlike your experience, I've had just the opposite. I can speak from experience from using these very knives. They are super sharp and sturdy and I haven't had any problems going on for 2 years now.

The husky quick flip razor knife flips out and back in with barely and effort.
I had it for a year when the extra blade storage cover broke so I threw it in a drawer and I bought this Milwaukee razor knife pair and could not get them to flip out on the first try the smaller one often took three to four tries i tried to lube it and see if I could adjust it somehow but it was just to stiff I figured maybe over time it would loosen up but after 6 months of heavy use I found myself using two hands to open them every time I pulled my husky out of the drawer and have been using it ever since with no issues accept the blade storage compartment that was 3 years ago and I use it several times a day the husky is a work horse of a razor knife no tiny screws coming loose it just keeps going

Must be something wrong with yours because my Milwaukee knife flips open and closed really easily.
