Last time ordered this, came with the shorter sleeve version. They don't list the length of it so that they can pull a fast one on ya probably.

Also, very whippy because they use the bare minimum quality/thickness for the bar.

Functionality-wise, it does what it's suppose to.

To say "It's a good price for what you're getting" may be debatable.

Lol I'd wait till it gets to $60-$70 range to say that.

Mine came in with 16" usable sleeve. Its ok but you get what you pay for. Also barely has any knurling.

Wow 16" ? Mines came with 9", I feel ripped off lol. I have thick bumper plates, the 3.5" kind. I can't fit much more then 270 on there.

I got the longer version, I had an equally cheap cap trap bar, replaced it with this, now I actually use it.

I'd return it and buy again, that was my plan if I got the shorter one.

I had this, i guess it would get the job done but I ended up returning it. It was honestly terrible quality, maybe if I were still in my 20s I wouldn't care though.

I have the 9 inch version. I didn't know there was a 16 inch version. Do I order this and return the other? That size difference makes no sense. Any more info on this?

Good point, looks like there's none on it...guessing grip would be tough even with chalk or straps?

I lift pretty heavy 405 lbs, I use straps and they work fine.

Really up to you if you want longer sleeve but I heard its hit or miss on what size they send you. I just got lucky.

One of the pictures shows the length as 17 inch
It says 17" usable but only 16" is. Still more than enough at 16" plus its dirt cheap.
