Very happy with this item, for the price, its almost criminal for a specialty bar. As long as you dont go crazy with weights it will last just fine. This is a bargain barbell, its not designed for competitive powerlifters. Also you can do so many different things with it beyond the squat/deadlift, versatility. Also remember with this bar you can do deadlifts that are 5 times safer than with a regular barbell, great option for beginners and those who have back problems, can be a great rehabilitation tool.

This is a bargain barbell, its not designed for competitive powerlifters. Also you can do so many different things with it beyond the squat/deadlift, versatility. Also remember with this bar you can do deadlifts that are 5 times safer than with a regular barbell, great option for beginners and those who have back problems, can be a great rehabilitation tool.

When using elevated platform to stand on, you can do the deepest squats imaginable while being completely vertical and stable the whole time.
