  • Dimensions: 70" x 8" x 22" with 17" loadable sleeves
  • Stability pegs allow you to add weight plates conveniently when upright
  • Rackable on most power cages
  • 1000-pound weight capacity
  • Hexagonal shape isolates muscle groups for more effective workouts
  • Regular and raised handles for added flexibility during exercises
  • Multiple knurling positions and lengths for convenience and safety
  • Extra-long loadable sleeves allow for more weight plates
  • Durable, heavy-duty steel construction for long-lasting use
  • 1.97" bar end diameter fits all standard plates with holes 2" or less
  • Rackable on most power cages for easy storage
  • Helps improve proper form and reduce risk of injury during exercises
  • Weighs 45 lbs

This hex bar has four advantages over similar price ranged hex bars.
1) It has a built-in jack stand, which from my experience is incredibly helpful.
2) The loadable sleeves are 17". An old hex bar I got was only loadable for 9.5". If you're a strong lifter, that extra length means more plates.
3) The sleeves APPEAR to be spinning, not fixed/welded.
4) It's rackable which many are not long enough to use in a power rack.

This is by no means a high quality hex bar. I'm sure the knurling sucks, so lifting straps or hooks could be used for high weight. You can read comments that this bar is assembled already, which can be a blessing or a cursing depending on how it comes shipped. But for cheap home gyms, this works.

I have this bar and I really like it for what it is and what it costs. I'm not a crazy lifter who needs to spend four or five times this amount to get a bigger beefier better version. I deadlift over 300 with it and it holds up fine, does everything it is supposed to do. The only slightly annoying thing is that while on the jacks, even putting one 45 plate on causes it to tip upwards on that side. When you put another 45 on the other side it counterbalances and everything is fine and it doesn't fall over or anything, it's just not heavy or beefy enough to stay flat on the ground when loading a plate on one side. Minor gripe but I would buy it again over almost any other open trap bar because of the cost versus benefit. I watched the reviews on YouTube that gave it surprisingly good reviews before buying because I was hesitant at this price. Knurling is actually pretty good on mine. other reviewers have said they got a shorter sleeve that did not accommodate very many plates but I think that was the old version of this bar, I got the longer version and I purchased about a year ago

Similar experience, have it, it does the job well.
Knurling while painted on has not been bad. I'm not planning on putting any ridiculous weight it can't handle on a trap bar anyways, so it's been a great addition for the cost.

I got this for $59 last year. Sleeves are full length, and spinning. Knurling is good, but not very aggressive. Only thing not excellent is the black paint, which is also painted over the knurling, making it less aggressive. This doesn't seem to have a high quality finish (like powder coat). It seems more like cheap rattle can gloss black paint. Also, the welds look like they were done in a high school shop class, not done by a professional welder. But the welds are strong, just sloppy. Price is right on this. It does take up a lot of room, compared to regular bars. So make sure you have a place to put this monster.

I originally got this for deadlifts, seems safer than a regular bar, because if you get into trouble you can just let it go and drop it.

It works great for Farmer's Walk. Which is primarily what I am using it for now.

Only downside I have with it is that it does take up a lot of space. Very large footprint.

Just threw my back out (not lifting) so gonna give this a go for future back strengthening. I have some pretty serious power lifting gear and used to pull about 600 straight bar. Now that I'm 30 and haven't lifted in years, those days are behind me. I'm just trying to survive and not end up with horrible backs like most of my friends in their 30s.. 1000lb capacity seems unlikely haha but if it can hold 400 without bending like most crappy bars, I'll be pleased as punch. Every other trap bar they want $200 for it and they're all cheap Chinese junk that only holds 500lbs or has very short collars. This seems like some solid value chinesium if you aren't going crazy.
