This is the one you want, not the very large framed ones that make it hard to load unload. This stands for easy sliding. Good find OP

I have this bar it works well. We tried 400lb in bumper plates and it held up well. Definitely a great budget open trap bar, the loading feature is cool.

Solid bar. Open style is much more versatile than a traditional hex. I wouldn't trust it a 1,000 pound load, but for most people who are likely doing less than 300-400, this is more than adequate. Price is fine but it has been lower. I bought for $79 in November.

Bought this last year when it was on sale for $50 shipped. had up to 560lb on it without issue. the handles suck. small diameter with terrible knurling. great for tearing open callouses. plan on using straps or it will tear your hands up since the poor knurling and slick paint/powder coat means it slips in your hand.
