These things feel like they've got pointlessly bright. 15k lumens would be over 18 60 watt bulbs or their equivalent. Even if they are lying about the output a bit it's still over a dozen probably and that's really bright. Not to mention the 6500 daylight color of these. I had a pair of these in the 6k lumen variety and it was almost too bright for my garage. You probably need a fairly big space and high ceiling to make use of this much light output and at that point you don't want to go cheap on bulbs that will die because changing them out will be a total pain.
