I was able to purchase a 9th get iPad for $189.99 by price matching costco's price with the online rep:

Price came down to $249.99. I then utilized the target circle promo: $60 off

Just followed the steps and got the iPad for $191. Did a store pickup, fingers crossed it gets processed! I must have gotten very lucky with the CSR I spoke with on the phone

I called in and was able to get the deal. Ensure the promo is not yet applied as the steps indicate!! Apply it after you get the adjustment.
