Obviously your laptop must support that in order to get 60hz.
Many top end laptops do and some budget ones as well.
The Anker in OP has the brand name but instead has a headphone jack, whereas this gives back a USB C slot (not familiar with this brand though).

Here's the problem : many people have crap spelling and grammar. The amount of times my co-worker would say "Hey AntiFan, how do you spell this word?" Was ridiculous. I've written out responses as an example for somebody when they were asked something and guess what? Ctrl-c, ctrl-v.
Now what about identical posts? Well, if you've ever bought or sold stuff on eBay it seems like people think there's a special way of talking on there. "A+++++ would buy again!". Never mind I only had one thing to sell. People are weird.
I'd take the fakespot grade with a grain of salt. It won't tell you if the product is good or not. It just indicates reliability of reviews (bots, promoted reviews, fake reviews) and even that is questionable.
