It seems like the promotion is not attached to your line/eip yet. It normally will show promotion in the EIP as soon as the eip is active-shipped. Sometime it takes up to the next billing cycle to show up. I would suggest you also check the promotion page (probably no promotion there either) and contact T-Mobile to manually attach the promotion if you don't see it in the next bill.

What is the brand/model/carrier of the trade-in phone showing up in your emails/text messages sent by T-Mobile?
It seems like if it may not automatically attach the promotion or it takes longer time/bill cycle to attach the promotion if you use the actual brand/model/carrier instead of "only moto edge 230021".

The rep knew what he was doing. There's a code can be used for the trade in for the system to accept regardless the tmobile costco calling center saying its locked and not working!!!
Took only 10 mins for 2 lines.
Now hope costco shop cards do come soon
