I'd definitely try these at this price if I didn't already install a pair of Klipsch outdoor speakers that were at least twice the price of these.

i have owned these and they are just fair. i did sell them for something that performed better.

i work in HT installations so I am very up on pricing for HT related equipment. these speakers have been this same price for a long time now, not a slick deal at all.

if you want to message me and discuss your specific needs, budget, etc. i would be happy to discuss it with you. i try not to make specific model recommendations without knowing more about each specific install job. but for reference, amazon has over 1,000 outdoor speakers listed for under $50. the "better" designation is subjective and will very for each person.

a frequency response spec with no (+/-) range is a useless spec. it could be -5,000dB and still meet spec.

if you go by the traditional "flat response" of +/-3dB the lower end of these speakers is 80Hz, not 55Hz (Big difference)
