I would think that makes this a poor choice for video editing/graphics. That said, you could always buy discrete graphics.
I'm looking for lower power consumption though, disqualifying this due to lack of integrated graphics.

You won't notice too much difference when editing, except for video editing with extremely high resolution files might hurt a bit, but at that rate, you'd probably have enough money for a 12900K. Rendering/exporting will take a hit though
Honestly was just looking at the 13600K today, absolute beast of a processor, was going to get a 12700K bundle but I think the performance boost of the 13600k is worth.

AMD cpu temps seem to jump around. I usually idle in the 30s and high 50s while gaming. My case does not help as I have a nzxt h510 elite.

The 7600/X will smoke this in gaming and MT is comparable.
